Shipping
Every pedal ships from our shop in Dayton, Ohio. Fulfillment times vary based on preorder or demand of product. See the product’s page for details on lead times.
Domestic (US): We ship via USPS or UPS. Most orders land in 2 to 5 business days once shipped.
International: We ship worldwide via UPS/FedEx/DHL depending on the location.
Heads up before you order: duties, customs fees, and import taxes are set by your country and aren't included in your order total. Those get collected on your end before delivery.
Warranty
You're part of the NativeAudio fam. Whether you got your pedal from us or secondhand, if there's an issue, we'll make sure you're good to go. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, personal modifications, or intended misuse.
International orders: Duties, customs fees, and import taxes may occur.
Returns
As of 9/23/26, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery. There's a $10 restock fee for U.S. orders and $50 for International, and the pedal needs to come back in the condition it left in.
